- 1 cup tahini
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine tahini, eggs, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, and salt.

Mix until smooth and well combined.

Fold in the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, and chia seeds.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
