Ingredients
1 serving
- 2 cups cilantro (stems trimmed)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender & mix until smooth.
