Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
- 1 tsp sweetener (maple syrup, raw honey, agave syrup, coconut nectar)
- 1 tsp fat (unrefined coconut oil or ghee)
- 1 tsp adaptogen powder (ashwagandha, maca, reishi)
- 1 tsp spice (turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom)
- 1 tsp herbs/flowers (rose, lavender, chamomile)

Step 1
Combine 1 1/2 cups milk of choice with 1 tsp of each of the following: sweetener, fat, adaptogen powder, spice, and herbs/flowers.
