- 200g dried cranberries
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Place the cranberries in a pan over a medium heat, cover with water and cook for 45–50 minutes until really soft.
Step 2
Once soft, drain the cranberries and place into a food processor with the salt.
Step 3
Blend until a thick, smooth sauce forms, adding a splash of water if needed and the maple syrup, if using.
