- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice or kefir)
- 1 banana, peeled (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- 1 cup packed spinach leaves
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Place the milk, banana, blueberries, cauliflower, spinach, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, and protein powder, if using, in a blender.
Step 2
Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more milk or water and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
Step 3
Pour into a glass or two glasses and serve immediately.

Frozen cauliflower adds a nice texture to the smoothie and you can’t taste it at all.
Blueberries are a superfood and a great addition to this smoothie.
The smoothie color helps hide the greens, making it appealing even for kids who might be put off by green drinks.
