- 1/2 cup milk of your choice (I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1 fresh or frozen banana, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice to thicken, if desired

I like to use a frozen banana because it makes the smoothie thicker.
If you want a sweeter smoothie, you can add a drizzle of honey.
This makes 1 large smoothie or 2 small smoothies.
