Preparation

Chef’s notes

The peanut butter adds protein, and you’re getting potassium, Vitamin C, and fiber from the bananas.
Oatmeal has been shown to lower cholesterol levels and will keep you full for hours.
The baked oatmeal is naturally sweetened with honey and only two tablespoons. The bananas add lots of sweetness too so you don’t need to add sugar.
