  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 30 fresh basil leaves
  • 6 oz burrata cheese
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt, or add more to taste
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, or drizzled to taste
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
