- 2 cups cooked (fresh or canned chickpeas)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp (dependent upon how spicy you like things red chili flakes)
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- to taste (sea salt)
