- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
- ½ teaspoon cayenne (ground)
- ¼ teaspoon ginger (ground)
- 1 pinch salt (approximately ⅛ teaspoon)
- 2 cups pecan halves (raw pecans work best)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.

Combine the maple syrup, sugar, cinnamon, cayenne, ginger and salt in a mixing bowl.
Step 3
Add the pecans and give all a good stir until the pecans are well coated in the sticky mixture.
Step 4
Spread the pecans in a single layer on the parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until fragrant and crispy.
