Ingredients
- Uncooked broccoli
- Parmesan cheese
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Egg

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
Step 3
Blanch your uncooked broccoli by throwing into a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes only, then plunging into a bowl of ice cold water.
Step 4
Drain & finely chop the broccoli.
Step 5
In a large mixing bowl, combine your finely chopped broccoli with all of the remaining ingredients, stirring until all is well combined.
Step 6
Take an ice cream scooped dollop and shape it in your hands, squeezing while rotating and flattening the ends to form a cylinder shaped bite.
Step 7
Repeat with remaining batter.
Step 8
Place your bites on your parchment lined cookie sheet & bake for 22 minutes, or until desired golden crispiness, flipping halfway through cooking time.
Step 9
Serve hot and enjoy with a favorite condiment.
