- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons salsa lizano (or Worcestershire sauce)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté until soft and translucent.
Step 3
Stir in minced garlic, cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add the cooked rice and black beans to the skillet, stirring well to combine with the onion and pepper mixture.
Step 5
Pour in the salsa lizano (or Worcestershire sauce) and stir well to coat the rice and beans.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook until everything is heated through, stirring occasionally.
