- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon non-dairy milk
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup vegan marshmallows
- 1/2 cup vegan graham crackers, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, Cacao Bliss, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, beat the vegan butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.

Mix in the vanilla extract and non-dairy milk until combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fold in the vegan chocolate chips, marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.

Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
