Ingredients
6 servings
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup fresh kale and spinach leaves (or any mixed greens would do)
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
- 4 garlic cloves
- 6 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 3 tbs water
- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (or more if preferred, salt to taste)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender.
Step 2
Blend until mostly smooth, or desired consistency.
Step 3
Store in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 1 week, or use right away!
