4 servings
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- salt (to taste, I usually add around ¼ teaspoon)
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves (torn)

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the tomatoes and let them cook undisturbed for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Stir the tomatoes while cooking for 2 minutes longer.
Step 4
Add the garlic, pepper and salt. Stir well and cook for 1 minute longer.
Step 5
Turn off the heat, then add the torn basil.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
