- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

In a food processor, combine the black beans, eggs, coconut oil, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, honey, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Fold in the chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are firm and the center is set.
