- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 3
In a blender or food processor, combine black beans, eggs, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Fold in half of the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges start to pull away from the sides and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
