- 2 medium sweet potatoes (scrubbed and rinsed)
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or any oil of choice)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt or pink salt

Preparation

Preheat air fryer to 360°F.

Clean potatoes
Step 3
Rinse and scrub sweet potatoes. Slice the ends off of each sweet potato.

Using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife, thinly slice the sweet potatoes into rounds (approx. 1/32").

Add oil and salt.

Place the sweet potato slices into a mixing bowl. Add oil and salt. Toss to coat.

One layer
Step 9
Spread the sweet potato slices in one even layer (working in batches if need be) in your air fryer basket or tray.

Air fry at 360°F for 20 minutes, shaking/flipping halfway through, until the they are crispy and turning golden.
