- 2 potatoes, cut into wedges (russet, red or yukon gold work well)
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or olive oil)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt or pink salt (or to taste)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (if advised for your particular model).
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, place the potato wedges, oil, garlic powder, paprika and cumin. Toss the potatoes until all are well coated by the oil and spices.
Step 3
Air fry for 18 minutes at 400°F, shaking the basket (or flipping the wedges) halfway through. The wedges are ready when the interiors are fluffy and the exteriors are beginning to crisp. This can take anywhere from 15-20 minutes, dependent on the model of air fryer you use.
Step 4
Once air frying has completed, toss with wedges with salt, then enjoy!
