- 8 ounces halloumi cheese, sliced (check for vegetarian rennet if necessary)
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice (fresh or bottled)

Preparation
Step 1
Slice halloumi into 8 slices about 1/2" thick.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Mix well.
Step 3
Brush the halloumi slices with the oil mixture until well coated.
Step 4
Place the halloumi into the air fryer basket in one single layer.
Step 5
Air fry at 380°F for 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Step 6
Once cooked, squeeze or brush with the lemon juice, then serve.
