- 3 parsnips (peeled, halved cross-wise, and then sliced lengthwise)
- 1 tablespoon oil of choice (I like to use extra virgin olive oil)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place the prepared parsnips in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cut sides up.
Step 2
Drizzle the parsnips with the oil and then sprinkle evenly with the garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt.
Step 3
Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes or until the parsnips are fork-tender and turning golden.
