- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 4-5 fresh rosemary sprigs

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat.

Stir until sugar has fully dissolved, then add rosemary sprigs.

Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and let steep for about 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and let the syrup cool completely.

Strain the syrup into a clean bottle or jar, discarding the rosemary sprigs.
