- 1 yellow or red bell pepper, thinly sliced or diced
- 1/2 cup finely-chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/3 cup sliced or slivered almonds, toasted
- Toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or olive oil, or any other mild-flavored oil)
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 small garlic clove, pressed or minced (or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder)
