- 7 oz frozen edamame beans
- 7 oz frozen peas
- 7 oz frozen broad beans
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon brown rice miso paste
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 roasted garlic
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Blanch the frozen peas, broad beans and edamame beans in boiling water for 5-10 minutes soft and cooked through, before draining.
Step 2
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until it comes together, about 2 minutes.
