Step 1

Toast the bread. Meanwhile, mash the avocado with the hemp seeds and lime juice. Then pile it onto the toast, sprinkling the sunflower seeds and seaweed sprinkle on top, plus a good crack of black pepper, flaky sea salt and a few chilli flakes, if desired.
