- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- a pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan setting.
Step 2
Place the sprouts in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all of the sprouts are coated in oil.
Step 3
Roast for 25-30 minutes, until nice and crispy.
