- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- drizzle of olive oil
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 160°C fan / 350°F.
Step 2
Place the sweet potato wedges onto a baking tray and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle over the spices and salt and give everything a good mix, ensuring of the wedges are covered.
Step 3
Bake for 45 minutes, turning over once during this time. Cook until they are soft and tender.
