You can make sweet potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper if you want to be super basic. They are still really good. I personally love the garlic, smoked paprika, and onion combination.
Try different herbs and spices like rosemary, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, chili powder, cumin, cilantro, parsley, or even cinnamon for a sweet twist.
Serve with dipping sauces like honey mustard, BBQ sauce, ketchup, tzatziki, pesto, or avocado ranch.
