- 300g frozen pineapple
- 1 lime
- 6.5 oz coconut yoghurt
- 7 tablespoons of maple syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients into a powerful blender and blend until a smooth mixture forms.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a sealable container and smooth the top over with a spoon to make it even.
Step 3
Cover the container and place in the freezer to set overnight.
Step 4
Once ready to serve; pour some boiling water into a small bowl. Place the top of an ice cream scoop or spoon in the bowl and leave for a couple of minutes. Once warm, scoop out the sorbet using the hot ice cream scoop or spoon - this will help get a lovely clean scoop.
