Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 210°C / 190°C fan / 410°F.

Step 2

Drain the chickpeas and place them on a baking tray.

Step 3

Drizzle the chickpeas with the olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper.

Give it all a really good mix until everything is well coated.

Step 5

Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
