- 3 tablespoons white miso paste
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 lime
- a drizzle of toasted sesame oil or olive oil
- pinch of flaky sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place the butter beans, miso, tahini, maple syrup, lime juice, 3 tablespoons of water and a large pinch of salt in a high-speed blender; blitz until completely smooth. Taste to check the seasoning and adjust as needed.
