- 4.2 oz porridge oats
- 1 ripe bananas
- 375ml almond milk
- 1 oz pumpkin seeds
- 1 ½ tablespoon of chia seeds
- Handful of raisins
- A large handful of blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter

Preparation
Step 1
Start by slicing up the banana, then place in a mixing bowl with the almond milk and mash them all together with a fork.
Step 2
Next add in the oats, pumpkin seeds, raisins chia seeds and stir together.
Step 3
Place the bowl in the fridge and allow it to thicken overnight.
Step 4
Serve with fresh blueberries and nut butter on top.
