- 2 thinly sliced bananas
- Drizzle of sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- ½ lemons

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 95C (200F), fan setting.
Step 2
Place the banana slices onto a lined baking tray on a single layer - drizzle with sunflower oil, coconut sugar and lemon juice until all of the slices are coated.
Step 3
Bake the banana chips for 1 - 1 1/2 hours until cooked through and crispy.
