- 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature for 15 minutes)
- 6 ounces smoked salmon, diced
- 2 tablespoons red onion (finely diced)
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh dill (finely chopped)
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh chives (finely chopped)
- 1-2 tablespoons scallions (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 lemon (juiced )
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 bagel
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 teaspoons Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Preparation

For the Cream Cheese Salmon Dip

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving with bagel crisps

For the Bagel Crisps

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Step 5
Slice bagels into thin 1/8 inch slices around the entire bagel, making small chips. Place bagel slices onto a baking sheet
Step 6
Drizzle olive oil, salt and everything seasoning over the bagels and toss to coat the chips in the olive oil and seasonings
Step 7
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Allow to cool for a couple minutes on the baking sheet then enjoy with the dip.
