- 1/2 pound smoked salmon
- 8-10 of your favorite assorted bagels (sliced and toasted)
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 1/3 cup capers, drained
- 1/3 cup freshly snipped chives
- 1/3 cup freshly snipped dill
- 1/3 cup quartered or sliced radishes
- 1-2 whole tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 2-3 tubs of your favorite cream cheese
- salmon roe (optional)
