Ingredients

  • 8 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 small oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large avocado or 2 small avocados, pit removed and sliced
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine or white balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Coarse salt and ground black pepper to taste

If you can’t find pomegranate seeds, you can use dried cranberries as an alternative.
