Chef's notes
The hint of orange comes from the orange zest in the dough. Rubbing the orange zest with sugar brings out the best orange flavor.
Feel free to use semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips instead of dark chocolate chips.
A sprinkling of sea salt enhances the flavor of the cookies.
