Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small pan, mix together fajita seasoning ingredients. Heat over medium low until hot. Let seasoning cool to room temperature. Pour seasoning over chicken breasts, reserving a little of the seasoning for the peppers and onions. Sprinkle chicken with green onions and let marinate for 30 minutes. Toss the peppers and onions with remaining seasoning.
Step 2
2. Preheat the grill to high heat. Place the chicken directly on the grill. Cook each side for about 6 minutes, depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts. While the chicken is cooking, grill the onions and peppers on a grill pan. Grill until vegetables are tender.
Step 3
3. Serve chicken breasts with pepper and onions. If desired, serve Bush's Black Bean Fiesta Grillin' Beans on the side.
