- 2 large ripe avocados, pitted
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Kettle Brand chips for serving

Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor or blender, add the avocado, Greek yogurt, parsley, dill, chives, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until creamy and smooth. You might have to scrape down the sides and blend again.
Step 2
Scrape the dip into a bowl and serve with Kettle Brand chips.

The dip will be thick and creamy; you can thin it out with water or buttermilk if you prefer a dressing consistency.
Best served the day it is made, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days with plastic wrap pressed against the dip to prevent browning.
