- Onion
- Garlic Cloves
- Green Chile
- Bay Leaf
- Cumin Seeds
- Oregano Leaf
- Chili Powder
- Chipotle Powder
- Paprika

- Vegetable Broth or Water
- Coconut Sugar
- Sea Salt or Pink Salt
- Parsley or Cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Prior to making soup, optionally soak beans in water for 4 hours (or longer).
Step 2
Set Instant Pot to sauté mode.
Step 3
Add oil, onion, garlic, and chile. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add spices. Sauté for 2 minutes longer.
Step 5
Add beans and water/broth.
Step 6
Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Stir in vinegar and sugar, then salt to taste.
Step 8
Garnish with parsley/cilantro, serve and enjoy!
