- 3/4 cup Ketchup (I use organic)
- 6 tbs Coconut Sugar
- 3 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbs Maple Syrup
- 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
- 1 tsp Paprika (ground)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl combine all ingredients.

Whisk until smooth.
Step 3
In a saucepan over high heat add your whisked sauce.
Step 4
Cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.

Simmer for 10 minutes, or until desired consistency.
Step 6
Let cool completely before storing or serving.

Store in a lidded container in the fridge for up to one week.
