- ¾ cup tahini
- ½ cup quick rolled oats (gluten-free certified if necessary)
- ⅓ cup Earth Echo Chai Bliss
- ¼ cup maple syrup

Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the tahini, oats, Chai Bliss and maple syrup.
Step 2
Mix until well combined and the mixture begins to naturally form a ball.
Step 3
Using the palms of your hands, take rounded tablespoon portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
Step 4
Enjoy right away or place the bites into the refrigerator or freezer to firm up before serving.
Step 5
Keep the bites stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days, or the freezer for up to 6 months.
