  • ½ cup tahini
  • ⅓ cup Earth Echo Chai Bliss
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
  • coarse of flaked sea salt (for garnish)

Preparation

Step 1

Line a muffin tin with muffin liners. Set aside.

Step 2

Using a double boiler or saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate.

Step 3

Place a tablespoon of the melted chocolate into each muffin liner. Tap the bottom of the pan on the counter to encourage the chocolate to spread and fill each cup. Place the muffin tin into the freezer for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Meanwhile in a mixing bowl, combine the tahini, Chai Bliss and melted coconut oil. Mix until smooth. Set aside.

Step 5

Remove the muffin tin from the freezer, then fill each cup with a tablespoon of the Chai Bliss Mixture, followed by another tablespoon of melted chocolate. Use a toothpick to swirl the top of each cup, then dust with the salt. Place back into the freezer for at least ten minutes or until ready to eat.
