Ingredients
4 servings
- 10 ounces ramen noodles or rice noodles
- 1 tablespoon oil of choice (I like to use avocado oil)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 1-inch knob fresh ginger root (minced or grated)
- 1 cup vegetable broth (or water)
- 1 13.5-ounce can coconut milk (full-fat)
- ¼ cup Earth Echo Golden Superfood Bliss
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or any sweetener of choice)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ salt
- sliced fresh basil (to garnish)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles according to package directions. Rinse, drain, set aside.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, add the oil, garlic and ginger. Saute until the garlic turns golden, about five minutes.
Step 3
To the same saucepan, add the broth, coconut milk, Earth Echo Golden Superfood Bliss, maple syrup, lemon juice, coconut aminos, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat.
Step 5
Add a ladle of golden broth to a bowl, top it with cooked noodles and gthen arnish with fresh basil before serving.
