  • 12 oz brown rice pasta
  • 1/2 red onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 mini sweet bell peppers (finely chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 cup peas (steamed)
  • sesame seeds & dried cilantro for garnishing

Preparation

Spicy Peanut Sauce

In a food processor, blend peanuts & sesame oil until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients & process until evenly mixed.
