- garlic
- water
- salt
- honey
- apple cider vinegar
- cumin

Preparation
Step 1
In a clean jar combine the peppers, garlic, water, and salt.
Step 2
Place a weight (if using), screw the lid on tightly, then place at room temperature to ferment for 10 days.
Step 3
Once fermentation is complete, strain the ferment, reserving some of the brine.
Step 4
Place the strained ferment, reserved brine, and remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend well.
Step 5
Funnel into a bottle or jar for storage.
