- 1 medium unbaked pizza crust, homemade or storebought
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2-3 heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 cup fresh baby arugula

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Lay pizza crust out on a floured surface. Brush the top of the crust with olive oil. Then layer on the sliced tomatoes and goat cheese.
Step 3
Bake for 10-12 minutes (or according to package instructions if storebought), until crust is slightly golden and the cheese has just slightly begun to brown around the edges. Remove from oven, then garnish with fresh arugula. Serve immediately.
