- 1 small bag (about 8 ounces) corn tortilla chips
- 2 to 3 cups queso blanco
- 2 Roma tomatoes, cored and finely diced
- 1 large avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced
- half of a small red onion, very finely diced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

Step 1
Layer the nachos
Step 2
Arrange the chips in an even layer on a large sheet pan. Drizzle evenly with 1 ½ cups of the queso blanco. Sprinkle evenly with the tomatoes, avocado, jalapeno, red onion and cilantro. Drizzle the remaining ½ cup (or more) of the queso blanco.
Step 3
Serve. Serve immediately and enjoy!
