- 1 bunch (about 1 pound) asparagus, ends trimmed
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Lay out asparagus side-by-side in an even layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Drizzle the asparagus evenly with oil, then sprinkle with generous pinch or two of salt, and lots of freshly-ground black pepper. Give the pan a few good shakes to coat the asparagus evenly.
