- 3 large tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato purée
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the sauce into a small pan over a medium heat and cook for 15–20 minutes until the sauce has reduced slightly and thickened to a rich consistency.
Step 3
Remove from the heat and leave to cool, before pouring into an airtight container and storing in the fridge.
